“I’m very happy to share the practice of Ashtanga Yoga with you. This is a traditional practice that helps us strengthen and connect to our bodies; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual” I have been practicing Ashtanga for the past 7 years in Australia, Brazil, Portugal and Bali. I also gained invaluable experience both as teacher and practitioner throughout my studies in Mysore, India.
Born in Brazil, Rafael has lived in many countries all over the world. After beginning his career in Business Administration and Foreign Trade Rafael worked in accounting for some years.
